Corporate Governance
Statement
The Board of Directors of Fututech Berhad recognises the importance of
the role of good corporate governance in assisting the Company and its
Group to achieve its corporate mission and in enhancing its
shareholders’ value. Thus, the Board of Directors is
committed to ensure that the corporate governance adopted by the Group
is in line with the principles set out in Part 1 of the Malaysian Code
of Corporate Governance to the Group’s particular
circumstances. The Board further acknowledges the recommended best
practices as set out in Part 2 of the Code and continues to evaluate
the status of the practices and the adopted alternatives. |
